We've teamed up with our friends at Union Coffee Roaster of Ayer, MA to bring you expertly roasted coffee, served with a unique twist. Instead of brewing and serving our coffee hot, we use the cold-brew method to slowly brew the coffee into a concentrate over 16+ hours. We then blend this concentrate with our filtered brewing water and transfer the solution into a keg. Nitrogen gas is then used to pressurize the keg and deliver the beer to a special faucet installed behind our bar. The resulting product is a delectable, chilled, creamy, cascading coffee, poured neat into a 10oz mug for your enjoyment. Cheers!
