FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I fill another brewery's growler or my own personal growler at MEdusa?
In accordance with Massachusetts State Law, Medusa will only fill growlers, other than our own, if they meet the following criteria.
1. The growler must be devoid of any other labeling, and be completely blank. Stickers, tape, and other coverups are not acceptable.
2. The growler must be made of pressure-tested glass and in the format of the traditional, amber glass jug-style.
3. The growler must have a mouth with an identical diameter of the mouth on the growlers we sell, and must be in the 32oz or 64oz format.
We fill our growlers with an advanced filling machine that is specifically calibrated to these two sizes of growlers and their mouth diameter. To ensure OUR OWN SAFETY, and that a perfect counter-pressurized fill is obtained, we will inspect each growler to make sure that the criteria is met and that the vessel is clean.
We reserve the right to refuse any growler that is not our own.
Someone in my group doesn't like beer. CAN we BRING IN other ALCOHOL?
Absolutely not. The Town of Hudson and our permits do not allow the consumption of any outside alcohol. We offer many different styles of beer and have converted many people over to the craft side! If someone in your party isn't a beer fan, we encourage him/her to give us a try.
DO YOU SERVE FOOD?
Yes, but not much. We offer fresh, soft-baked Bavarian style pretzels with mustard, an assortment of artisan cheeses, and various other goodies for sale in our taproom. We understand that this isn't really a food menu, so we encourage you to take advantage of the wonderful food establishments in our area. Checking out our taproom menu during your visit for a list of suggestions and places that will deliver right to your seat. Have some leftovers or something from home? Bring that in!
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes! We have an abundance of gift cards for sale in our taproom. Stop in and ask! We'd be happy to set you up with one.
DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS?
Yes! For larger groups and/or special events, we do our best to accommodate. Please message us through the Event Request form on our Contact page if you wish to book something.
DO YOU OFFER TOURS?
We don't formally offer tours of our brewing operation at this time; however, the entire facility is behind a glass wall for your viewing pleasure. We invite you to ask any of our knowledgeable staff about what we do and how we do it!

I OWN A BAR, HOW CAN I GET YOUR BEER?
We'd love to spread our beer all over the World, but right now we are focused on producing enough to satisfy our taproom customers and current draft accounts. We'll update this if we are ready to start providing beer to new accounts. Cheers!
Can I buy a keg or will you fill my keg?
No. It is not legal for us to sell beer by the keg at retail, nor can we fill one.
