Medusa Events

Medusa Offers a number of options for small and large groups, looking to book space at one of our venues.

Before proceeding with a booking request, please review the options below. If your group does not meet the minimum number of people, then we are unable to set aside tables and a customized menu. In this case, your group can typically show up and find seating without issues. Please call our taproom during normal business hours if there are any concerns!

Event Options

Taproom Groups (up to 25) - Express Book Tables for your group and choose your food options. A 50% deposit is due upon booking.

Taproom Groups (up to 60) - Express Book our Beer Hall and choose your food options. A 50% deposit is due upon booking.

Beer Garden Groups (20 to 60) - Express Book Tables in our Beer Garden for your group and choose your food options. A 50% deposit is due upon booking.

Taproom Buyouts (for up to 150) - Submit an inquiry and we’ll work with you to customize an event in our entire taproom. This option is great for large, private events and will require coordination with our team.

Beer Garden Buyouts (for up to 200) - Submit an inquiry and we’ll work with you to customize an event using our entire outdoor Beer Garden. This option is great for large, private events and will require coordination with our team.

FAQ

Is there a cost associated with your event hosting options?

Typically, no. Medusa only requires that a minimum check amount be reached in order to ensure your event is a positive impact for both Medusa and the event host. Large, corporate or other events that require more intricate planning may include an administration fee.

Is there a room fee in addition to the minimum?

No, there is no additional room fee. We collect a deposit to hold the space for your reservation/event. This deposit is deducted from the final bill so there is no extra fee. 

Can we bring in our own alcoholic beverages?

Our license does not allow outside alcoholic beverages to be consumed at any of our venues.

Can we bring our own food?

With Taco Gato as our primary caterer, all food must come from our kitchen.

If I reserve in the Beer Garden, what happens if it rains?

In the event that it rains, we will try our best to accommodate indoor seating but it is not guaranteed. 

If our minimum is not reached, can we purchase to-go beer and merchandise to count towards our tab?

Yes! If you do not hit the minimum, you are welcome to purchase any of our retail offerings to reach it.

Are tax & gratuity included in the minimum?

No, 20% gratuity and tax are added to the final bill.
